Each purchase order submitted by any of those corporations is an offer by the purchaser identified on the face of that purchase order (the “Purchaser”) to purchase the goods and/or services described therein, not a confirmation or acceptance of any offer to sell and acceptance of that offer is limited solely to the terms of that offer and these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern all purchases by Oaklawn Jockey Club, Inc., and each of its affiliated corporations.
